      Pros

      Great experience working on different turbine engine lines.

      Cons

      The culture, if you don't pander to the extreme right-wing ideas of every employee there you won't fit in. Also, if you value your own personal safety which is very important in aviation also stay away. I was asked by a manager And lead tech to put my life in danger and I refused. They eventually pushed me out of the company and tarnished my reputation in aviation forcing me to leave Aviation altogether.

      - Not too many career opportunities to move up - Benefits aren't terrible, but the system could be easier navigation wise

      Clean and safe shops. Decent benefits

      Cons

      Clawing back our benefits over time. Giving new employees larger starting wages and larger raises while ignoring the experienced employees. Massive favoritism. Cell leaders are not suited to manage a 2 employee gas station. HR doesn't follow policies and hides dangerous incidents. Pay is low.
