Pros

The people are great to work with, flexible hours. Good balance between work and home life. The company is well structured.

Cons

The pay is too for the work we do. The company is always pushing for change. Always changing can be for the worse. There is always a drive for CI (continuous improvement) however when a process is streamlined to it's most efficient, management makes a change. Screws up the whole process and has no accountability. It's up to the shop floor to improve again and the cycle continues.
