Large international minded organisation with great history in the US

Cons

UK senior Management is appalling and akin to the dark side in Star Wars. Lots of in fighting and poor leadership. If your face fits you need to keep massaging the Leadership ego to remain. Suspicious ethics and clearly little care for the employees or the equality act/sex discrimination. None of the Directors can make decisions as the MD tells them what is what!

Comradery with fellow employees was like one big family. A&P Mechanics were not paid so well and would leave to the airlines constantly.

Cons

Company mis-managed even before I started in 2007. Apparently whatever company owned them was just there to build up the books to make a quick-sell for the shareholders. Eventually shut down December 2017 after unsuccessful attempts to find a new buyer.
