Pros

Good benefits with a decent salary compared to many other Japanese companies. Very stable job with life-time employment.

Cons

Very traditional company with a hierarchical system. Limited growth opportunities due to manager's conservative thinking. Slow with delivering products to customers on time, leaving the sales team to apologize all the time. Understaffed.
