A company with pros and cons

Pros

Stable salary, good bonus twice a year, bases worldwide.

Cons

The environment is gloomy, some managers are simply mean and there's no fair distribution of work. Teamwork is weak and there's little cooperation in problem solving. English is not enough spoken and this causes troubles when dealing with bases and customers abroad. As for some products, technology and quality are old and not good enough.

If you like factorial work and assembly lines it's the job for you. You always stay busy which makes your time go quick.

Cons

It's not a job for someone that don't feel like they can be hands on.
