It is working culture company. Director & some leads are supportive & good mentor as well.

Cons

Lots of restrictions, no friendly environment, they are applied typical restrictions like schools. As well as they are following bpo culture not growing as per the company caliber. Basically it's not employee friendly company specially for finance department.
