      Pros

      Plenty of parking since we're 80% smaller now. Remodeled office has cozier feel. Great place for beginners as low rate employees get most of the work. Room to grow. Lots and lots of room.

      Cons

      Creative project accounting methods - work on over-budget projects is charged against profitable projects and other clients. Guess it all comes out in the wash. It helps if you are related to your supervisor or manager. Totally inadequate and pointless annual review process. Deterioration and reduction of staff over the years equals reduced capabilities, narrowed focus. Quality engineers and managers have been let go along with ability to win projects. No local IT, marketing or HR support. Superfluous staff who seem to have no real function.
