Pros

It's really easy to work there. You don't have to do much besides show up and you get a paycheck. They are really flexible with their schedules and are willing to help if you are in school or have a family.

Cons

Where do I even begin. I have 3 managers. The first spends about 90% of their day in the office. The next one spends about 75% of her day in the office and 25% of the time complaining about everything. The third manager is actually really good. I asked manager #2 for help one day and she responds with I shouldn't need to get involved in Easy Tech questions. Of course she was the only manager there so that left me without an answer. I sometimes am not allowed to take lunches or breaks if manager #2 is there and there is no one else to watch the copy center or answer easy tech questions. I'll go 8 hours with no break or lunch sometimes. This goes ignored by the other managers and apparently corporate who checks our time.

Pros

flexible and a fairly easy job if you are not an easy tech

Cons

Very demanding in the selling department especially if you work for the tech department. You are forced to sell anything and everything with a plan and if you do not do a good job the managers would get very annoyed.

Pros

Nice people to work with, management is nice enough, customers are actually really nice, only an occasional mean spirited individual.

Cons

Management follows corporate policy when it comes to days off, which is, as they say, not obligated to give requested days off. And while I can understand that, when you request days off well in advance, it seems only logical and human to do everything you can to cater to that because then you allow your Employee to have better morale. Next up is the relentless selling of tech work and ESP, TSPP, and PRP plans. Who the hell is going to pay that much for a router? Especially when it is on sale this week and will probably be on sale again in another week, maybe for a lower price! These plans may be competitively priced, but they sure aren't competitive when it comes to coverage. And the worst part of it all? the Easy Tech Expert manager in training. He thinks he is running it all.
