My current store has an AMAZING management team and most of the employees work harder than they should for $9/hr.

Cons

The pay! Seriously. You will never be able to keep quality employees if you don't start paying better. You cannot expect 18 year olds to work for $9/hr. And give the amount of customer attention that is needed to convince people that our $50 product is better than Wal-Mart's $20 product.
