Pros

5 days a week. Health insurance and retirement. Vacation and PTO.

Cons

I ended up needing to learn several management styles between two stores. I worked under 2 GMs who were trained by the same mentors, and still had totally different management styles. Upper mgmt outside the building was high pressure, sometimes sending in emails about store performance metrics on an hourly basis. This company in general was not great at competitive compensation.
