Pros

If your lucky to get a manager who cares about the store and employees this could be the list... -Inspired learning -Great pay -Desire to work -Great reputation for workplace and shopping experience -EASY shopping experience -Good communication between employees and customers -Better Incentives -Respectful managers & co-workers -Less micromanagement -Every day is "Blue"

Cons

In reality this is what we unfortunately are facing daily.... -Terrible pay (even at level 2 &3 ) -Disrespectful & UN-intelligent managers & co-workers -Constantly shoving V.I.B.E down employees throats -Rebates/Surverys/Rewards are difficult for both employees and customers -Constantly cutting hrs if your not selling PRP'S, FPP'S TSP'S right and left -Lack of training from managers and district managers -Endless conference calls -Endless list of negative/put down emails about ESP, ET, CSATS, etc... -VHS training videos are a joke due to the constant changing rules and expectations of Staples
