Pros
Mostly flexible schedule, extremely supportive management, co-workers are a great team, mostly low stress, good pay and good hours so I usually get ~$200 a week, most customers are nice and in the tech department you get to spend more time with them to understand their needs and build a relationship, there's an unofficial subreddit for the employees to talk to each other across the country, I am encouraged by management (especially my awesome sales manager!!!) to be reaching for more opportunities for growth always, it's very easy to work extra hours if you want to, positive work environment, usually fairly laid back as long as everyone is doing their job, busy but not too busy, overall AWESOME job!! Also I get tons of steps for my FitBit so I can burn off the fast food I usually eat on break!😅
Cons
Registers and systems for employees to use are slow and unreliable. But it's an awesome job so I can deal with it
