Easy-going staff, a solid paycheck if you're a hard worker

Cons

Unambitious management that is not involved with their customers, occasional micro-managing, lack of disciplinary action to associates, not enough compensation for the amount of work done (sales + cashiering + stocking shelves + shipping UPS packages + occasional copy center backup)

If your coworkers are cool then it will make it bearable.

Cons

Unrealistic standards/goals for sales and numbers to get. Pressure from management to work insanely hard with zero compensation or bonus's.
