Supervisors and General Manager were awesome to work with, and always took the time to lend a hand when needed Floor associates felt like family, and we all got along very well Management was flexible on scheduling whenever needed Ability to cross-train and move into different positions if desired

Cons

Corporate management was never satisfied no matter how well the store performed Pay was on the lower end, but since the job wasn't too stressful, I personally didn't mind
