Its a job you dont have to take home with you. If you get the right team and team leader the job is good. Moises was who I worked for and he was a great leader. Stern, but a cool guy.

Cons

Customers. People suck. No way around it. That being said, everyone should work customer service once so they don't act like the customers they've helped later in life.
