Why does glassdoor want me to submit a review to look at job reviews? How does that make sense I don't get it.
Pros
Starbucks is ok. They give medical, free drinks and food to partners. And stars, whoooo Morning shifts are probably the best. Job isn't hard, customers make it stressful.
Cons
Why does glassdoor want me to submit a review to look at job reviews? How does that make sense I don't get it. Starbucks is ok, mileage will vary wildly state to state country to country( etc.) in regards to customers you want to strangle or them giving you the flu because hygiene doesn't exist and why care about anyone other than yourself. America! Whoooo! Pay probably does not cover the mental anguish that comes with customer service. More so a consideration when you are closing and your customer base is a bunch stressed and tired people just leaving work. Don't forget to smile. And remember "We shall never deny a guest even the most ridiculous request"
