Pros

good community of people to work with therapy benefits, plus other non financial benefits such as school, etc, etc flexible scheduling ( i dont have to spend all day there)

Cons

stressful if not with the right people, can make it very hard to work during the busy times poor salary trouble finding hours when requested customers can really really suck sometimes

Very selfish company overall, overworked employees underpaid, very prejudice and a very toxic working enviroment. Little to no chances of moving up the latter in this company

Burnout culture is encouraged by DMs as long as they get the sales they want SMs not given support but expected to be grateful for scraps of encouragement Culture is toxic and unsustainable
