Pros

* Great work environment if you work at stores * Raz is a great leader

Cons

* No value for people with brains, only being a suckup helps and politics * Highly bureaucratic, unless it comes from the leaders, no one will listen to logic or numbers or new ways of thinking * Racial discrimination is real here, people with color are only acceptable in certain parts of the organization

High stress, low pay cult.

Pros

Free coffee, moderately lax dress code, free Spotify, college assistance.

Cons

Famously low paying, stores are understaffed as corporate finds new ways to steadily increase business, rapid fire contractions such as being expected to crank out large numbers of complicated drinks fast yet being expected to have casual chitchat with customers, shift managers use managerial tasks as excuses to dissapear from the sales floor leaving you to man several jobs yourself.
