      Pros

      Love working with my partners and connecting with my customers. That’s what keeps me at my job.

      Cons

      Work/life balance is non-existent. When you care about the people, this job drains you because you want things to run properly so the partners and customers always have a good experience. There is not enough time to handle management tasks and responsibilities because we are required to work 32 hours on the floor as coverage and schedule 8 hours for administrative work.

      Great benefits and perks Real drive on community engagement and interactions.

      Cons

      Upper management lacks structure, high turn over on District managers and regional, evolves and implement changes to fast without proper notifications and time to acclimate. Retaliation is rampant in the Boston area as it over looked and in most cases starts higher up the chain.

      Pros

      You get to meet nice people customers and partners, day go by quick because is a very fast phase environment. Benefits are decent also you get a free meal and all drinks you want while on the clock. Flexible schedules and vacation time is earned very fast.

      Cons

      Expectations are ridiculous unrealistic with labor allocated per stores, They expect you complete all duties with no overtime and only 4 hours of admin a week District Managers live in a different world with expectations and have no idea about being a barista, like to give orders and expect you create the best friendly environment in the store but they are rude and mean to managers.
