Pros

Free coffee and food and that’s not much to say when you are paid peanuts for your work!

Cons

Low pay at $9.50 hour. They do not train new hires ! Was to get a full week training , they only did 3 hours on customer support- basically how to clean 101 and that’s it. Starbucks registers have not been updated in over 4 years, hints the reason why it takes so long to use a credit or debit card at their register. My location wasted so much food on a daily basis and the company claims to donate in which they don’t.

Cons

Hours may be cut sharply without warning in the late fall/winter, corporate policies can be a bit silly
