Pros

benefits, benefits, benefits. Starbucks offers excellent insurance, stocks, and 401k plan after 3 months of employment. They offer adoption support for LBGT couples, and tuition reimbursment for quite a few subjects. The hours are flexible and the insurance includes dental, medical, and vision. Also you recieve many discounts worldwide for being a partner, including all major cellphone bills, 10% off.

Cons

The downside can be low salary, and plenty of scummy managers.

Cons
