Pros

Starbucks allows for fast promotion, many opportunities to relocate and work in different areas. Overall, it's a great company and a great place to start working for a young adult.

Cons

Can be stressful at times and the pressure to make drinks for unruly customers can sometimes be too much to handle.

Pros

Easy, fun, work environment. A great way to talk to customers and meet people from the neighborhood.

Cons

It's frustrating when people think our job is "easy". It's not.
