Pros

Love the customers, and the atmosphere. Other employees make it worth coming to work everyday. If you are a people person you will enjoy it . Howard Shultz is an inspiration. Benefits are awesome

Cons

Not as flexible to work there as it use to be. Cannot just take time off when you need to without using vacation days even if part time. Pay could be more

Pros

starbucks offers a lot of benefits and people are treated with respect and dignity. Work/Life is very balance at all level.

Cons

senior management team is always changing directions. There are too much ambiguity to deal with constantly and not because of the day to day operations. but because of senior management.
