Pros

Great friends, fun, and customers. A great place to grow as an individual and to really learn how to communicate and express yourself with others.

Cons

It is very hard to get a promotion. Basically it all depends on your manager and if you are a "favorite" or not. Even the best of baristas with degrees are passed on, for someone without an education who enjoys the same activies as the store manager.

Pros

Really great benefits and flexible schedule- especially for full-time student

Cons

Long hours on your feet- can be choas and spur-of-the-moment shifts when needed.

Pros

The benifits are great, and there are lots of opportunities to grow within the company. The hours are flexible, and the atmosphere at work is fun.

Cons

It is shift work, so one day you might be working at 5 am, the other day, you might be working at midnight.
