Pros

Flexible schedule for those in college or if you just needs a part-time job.

Cons

If you are not a morning person, starbucks is not the place to work. Having to wake up at 4:00am to get the store ready was not great.

Pros

It was a good part time job with decent benefits. I loved my coworkers and the overall work environment was positive.

Cons

Strict rules on dress codes but I think it also varies with each location. Some customers are absolutely terrible and do not treat you as a human being. The just say yes policy can be very tiring.

Pros

In general, fellow employees are friendly and easy to get along with. We are also given free coffee and some meals.

Cons

More often than not, customers are unnecessarily rude and impatient. The environment is often very fast paced and, if there is not an adequate number of staff working the shift, this can be very difficult and stressful.
