Pros

Friendly co workers, great location.

Cons

The customers sometimes can be rude sometimes but there is always a bad seed in the bunch. I think the parking at the establishment needs better parking

Pros

The job is pretty laid back and easy, and you usually have some pretty good co-workers. The free coffee is always a perk too.

Cons

The Sbux I worked at made an hour less than all the Starbucks in the area, and had a strict no tipping policy as well. Management would not work with you for time off, pay raises or promotions.
