Pros

Your get a free lunch and drinks when you're working. One bag of coffee beans for free every week, tips and a discount.

Cons

During the Corona Virus Pandemic they make us work in unsafe conditions that put us at risk for the sake of appeasing customers. Constant under staffing, cutting hours/labor, customers know no boundaries and will verbally abuse you or get physical. Work environment is very stressful, would not recommend to anyone especially if you have mental health issues.

Pros

My school is paid for (Go ASU!) and I got stocks every April! My coworkers are great at every store I've worked at, and I have been to 3 different locations.

Cons

High stress and some grumpy customers. Management can focus too much on beating their own times and goals, and forget that the employees working for them will leave if they aren't happy.
