Pros

Health benefits, Free college through ASU, the team you work with

Cons

Corporates lack of investment into the stores operational need. For example, they kept decreasing how much labor we earned but increased the complexity of drinks and sales targets. Can’t keep up with market rate for base and total comp for baristas and store managers. They used to care about customer experience and staff experience, and now it’s clear that they’re only profit driven.

Pros

The total benefits and the people I worked with and managed were amazing. I am very grateful for the work ethic and life lessons I learned from my time with this company.

Cons

As a Store Manager, there was no work-life balance. I regularly worked weekly overtime. The pay was not adequate for the hours that I worked. There were very little career opportunities for Store Managers beyond the SM role.
