Brand name recognition. Very current on technology. Good benefits. Caring culture.

Cons

Various business units are not always well aligned. Manufacturing is often not given sufficient notice to react to new products or promotions. Outages and shortages result.

Pros

Give back to the community. Innovation. Great non-salary/non-healthcare perks for Partners

Cons

Upper Management is not aware of some very poor performing managers who lead the show at corporate. (Individuals can be threatening, create a retaliatory environment and are not versed in how to provide fair feedback that encourages the career growth of their subordinates.). Supply Chain is the biggest offender at headquarters.
