Pros

People are friendly and great co-workers. It's a company one can spend many years in, they value movement within company, so you can change positions and continue challenging yourself as you build your career.

Cons

The company is one that embraces change, so everyone has to operate in a way that 'goes with the flow' when organizational changes come down the pike.

Pros

Free pound of coffee per week, free beverages during shift, access to health insurance.

Cons

Overworked and underpaid. It's more than just pouring coffee. As a partner, you are expected to keep the customer more than satisfied, keep the store exquisitely clean, oversell retail, and cut labor (meaning you need to do all of this with less staffing--who needs a paycheck, right?). There are no sick days, no personal days, and no vacation accrual until after one year. Incentive to work extremely hard and meet all of these requirements is low, because you will not be monetarily rewarded for your efforts. Pay starts at *just* above minimum wage, and will not increase for 6 months. At that point, you *might* get a raise--up to $0.50/hr. After that, you must wait another 6 months for another possibility of a $0.50 raise.
