Got paid weekly, no other pros

Cons

Literally everything. Paid time off (sick and vacation) VERY minimal. Little to no training. Management doesn't care about employees and their concerns.

We understand that our staff is our number 1 competitive advantage and are working to create an environment that helps train, coach, and grow our staff as individuals. Initiatives like our recently launched Employee Experience department, the quarterly continuing education book club, and cash incentives for workflow suggestions that get implemented are just a few examples that illustrate our commitment to our staff. In regards to PTO, we feel that our policy is very competitive with industry standards and the ability to get 30 PTO days per year as you stay with the company is very fair. I truly like all the managers here. How rare is that? Coming from a former job with feral management, I appreciate this immensely. The VP of Operations is absolutely the best. The Stark Calhoun operation (Prestige Mills) is a wonderful place to work, where management truly wants each employee to succeed.

Cons

I had hoped the company would contribute to the retirement plan, but at least paid time-off is generous.
