good pay and insurance benefits no weekends not micro managed

Cons

hearing aids had the newest tech but were low quality and break more than any other hearing aids I ever worked with which leads to a-lot of unhappy customers.(this is well documented do your own research online).They where selling aids that they knew had bad charging systems that quit charging 6 months to a year after they are purchased.Instead of pulling aids in a recall and fixing they continued to sell to customers.They pretend to be American made but really they are made overseas and assembled in the US.

Sales goals are ever changing and always late for staff. Very reactive management. WFH program is being phased out and exceptions are unfairly made.

The flexibility of the schedule is great as well as the 4 weeks pto

Cons

The pay is low the hours are long and the management sucks. They over promise the abilities of thr employees and expect more than they are willing to pay. Will prefer to put employees on PIPs when they voice their unhappiness than to work with them so everyone is happy. The other employees are underhanded 2 faced and will through you to the dogs for a nod of approval.
