      Terrible Manager and uncomfortable work environment

      Pros

      To get a low wage paycheck with little opportunity for growth and raises for hard work and efforts. This is more of a con as you may see.

      Cons

      Manager was unorganized, repeatedly took credit for lower level employee’s work, she wore unprofessional attire, wrote up employees for behavior that the manger does not exemplify, does not welcome productive feedback, commands rather than lead by example

      Pros

      The Starkey Brand is very notable and already has a huge following.

      Cons

      Management is terrible and lazy. Advertising is awful. The workplace is extremely toxic and a huge HR nightmare waiting to happen. Pay is not competitive. Patients are never happy because the company cannot retain employees, nor do they care to.
