      Good insurance, nice campus, nice cafateria

      Cons

      Old boy company. Not many women in upper managment. Ideas for improvment given by employees are not acted on then lead or supervisor hands in idea as their idea. Wages and raises might as well be non existience.

      The atmosphere is rigidly conservative. The rules/policies are inconsistent depending on who your manager is and what department you work in.
