Small company trying to figure out how to become a large company. Massive reorganization early 2017 resulting in completely new leadership.

We work to support the Starkey Hearing Foundation which helps make coming to work each day a joy. Knowing that we help so many in this country and around the world have a better quality of life through hearing.

Cons

A lot of changes going on in senior management but company has been upfront with the future and moving forward.

Pros

Great work environment, quality group of people, excellent cause. Like every company, the stress level depends on your role and your boss, but overall it seems like a very relaxed place to work. They have a great tuition reimbursement program for your continued development, as well as many internal training programs.

Cons

The opportunities for advancement are not well defined, though the company is working on that. There are strong internal politics to navigate, since many people have been at the company for over 10 years.
