      The foundation is doing great work around the world. Many employees have good heart.

      Nepotism, harder to advance. Low pay. Can have toxic culture of gossip.

      Toxic & Operationally a nightmare

      Nothing. Nada, zilch, zero, none. Work somewhere else for your own sake

      Cons

      Toxic culture from the day you don't fit in as a new employee. Processes are the root problem, but they will always blame the people rather than take responsibility themselves. People talk behind others backs assiduously it is as if you are surrounded by teenagers rather than actual adults who are supposed to be professional. Overwork is apparent in mamy levels of the organization. Cult like personality is alive and well over a guy who could use his head as a flashlight and his ego to power the flashlight. Nothing but hot air at the top followed by sheep.
