      Pros

      - Great product - Impact it's product make on the world is outstanding. - Visionary Leadership

      Cons

      - Till I joined another company and went through their harassment policy, I didnt realize that what I experienced at Starkey was harassment in some shape or form and with involvement of my manager! HR will listen to you but ultimately side with your manager. - Leadership doesn't have much idea about who to retain. They listen to those who are biased and/or clueless. - Must bring fresh talent to change the "Starkey" way of doing things which are old, slow, manual and highly error prone.

      Working for a cause bigger than yourself.

      Cons

      Long hours. You lose your personal life due to expectations from the owners and managers. There isn’t a lot of guidance and everyone out for themselves. You’re set up to fail if you aren’t careful
