Pros

Great new campus update, I have all of the technology and tools I need day to day, and you can choose how involved you want to be with management and technical work. It's up to you to find that balance and stay positive.

Cons

There is not a clear path for ambitious employees and there are very aggressive deadlines that you will work extra hours to meet if you care about advancing your career.

Competitive pay and leading technology. The people are great to work with.

Cons

Every project is taken in at risk. It's very expensive and frustrating to work on many projects simultaneously when some or none are ready for prime time. Let's develop a few quality features. Planning is very chaotic the further down the waterfalls that you get.
