Pros

It’s a work from home position

Cons

Communication is not good with the management and the pay isn’t enough for all the work you have to do even though the position is work from home.

Pros

Growing, stable, and successful company. Management listens to employees. Opportunities for advancement. Good work-life balance. Family atmosphere.

Cons

There is a stigma out there for collection agencies. However, this company is different. Included in the corporate values is treating every person with dignity. Ultimately the call center reps are trained to LISTEN to the patient and to HELP the person understand what options they have to manage their open accounts so that they can work towards a better financial position for themselves. It feels good working for a company that has such integrity embedded in their core values.
