Pros

No pros in the last year. No benefit good enough to suffer the micromanegement, quantity over quality and accuracy mentality. So much happier and mental health has improved since leaving - personal pro. To current employees wanting to leave but not sure because of current pay, benefits and vacation time, any reduction you may have to take is absolutely worth it, you will thank yourself later! SF'S loss will be happily gained by any other carrier! Don't wait!

Cons

Where to start? Want flexibility? Not here. Want coworkers held accountable for the accuracy of their work product? Nope. Want to meet everyday to compare the amount of work everyone completed yesterday (not the accuracy, just the amount) instead of actually doing the work? Come on down! Like low morale and not being able to apply common sense or think for yourself? Like suggesting ideas and solutions to work flow "challenges" created by a process team not qualified to create the work flows, only to be ignored? This is the place for you.

Pros

Decent pay. Coworkers are good. Immediate leadership has some empathy for their people.

Cons

Micromanaged all day. Metrics have become more important than the customer, and especially the employees. Work life balance is gone. You won't be able to use the restroom without being questioned. Upward mobility is virtually gone. Ideas are pushed to the way side and dismissed or sent into oblivion.

Pros

Cool people, overtime, good benefits, tuition reimbursement

Cons

I am beyond unhappy here. Been here 4 years. Overworked. Unheard. Overtime overload- nonoptional with times that aren't reasonable. No work/life balance and they don't care. If you don't work OT, they will send you emails saying that you're hurting the company and wont get a good raise. I dread coming to work. It's depressing and so many people feel this way. All they do is make decisions for everyone and everything, and expect everyone to jump. Meanwhile, they are continuing to take days off. But when an employee request time off, it's always denied. Takes months to get 1 day off or it has to be overridden by someone, which takes forever. You need a degree to move up. But even when you apply, you're denied, so it doesn't matter if you have one or not.
