Pros

The campus is nice. Good PTO (4 weeks a year)

Cons

-Pay is low compared to other companies and they continually put holds on promotions so you basically have no chance of moving up -Benefits aren't great. Health insurance isn't cheap and you don't even get an employee discount on car insurance. -Your every second is monitored, this is even down to whether your mouse is moving or not. You're an ant under a magnifying glass. You will get talked to if you even go to the bathroom. -Every second you're on the clock is spent on the phones so you don't get to know your coworkers at all. Absolutely no sense of community...I feel completely isolated because I never interact with anyone around me. -Your breaks are at different times every day and not the same as your teammates, so you're literally alone all day even on breaks. -You get penalized for being one minute late, including from lunch. So eat fast! -Our trainers had no idea what they were doing. One of them hadn't done claims since the internet was a thing. Let that sink in. -The only shifts available are 9 or 10 hours (4.5 or 4 days respectively), so if you want a normal 8 hour day, look elsewhere. You won't get it. Also a strong chance you work weekends/holidays. -They offer occasional perks like food, events, etc but emphasize you only participate in them during your breaks. How dare you have more than 15 minutes of enjoyment in your day. So basically, it's hard to participate if you have to rush through it. it. -There's a cafe on campus with pretty decent food, but it closes at 2, and a large swath of people like me have lunch after 2 so it's useless. I honestly could go on forever. Basically, run. There's a reason why the turnover rate is so high. I'm trying to leave ASAP.

Pros

Working for SF will teach you some grit and will teach you that to really appreciate another great job, elsewhere.

Cons

Terrible management, not the well oiled machine you’d expect from such a huge corporation. There is no accountability for the agents, they get you in the door with a great plan for success and promises of salaries, raises, commissions and rewards but then they change the rules and take away your commissions and reward you by making you feel insignificant and incapable after doing the best you can at a job you received next to no training.

Pros

401(k) and Pension. Health benefits including vision and dental.

Cons

Micromanagement. Unqualified management. Focused on meeting metrics, not helping customers. No work life balance. Poorly designed and extremely punitive attendance system. Lack of paid time off. Lower than average pay than is typical for this industry. External employees with no relevant experience will be hired to fill that promotional position you applied for.
