Where to start: This is micromanaged hell, with unrealistic quotas. Bosses have no idea of what we do, and don’t care. They only care about what we ‘produce’, but refuse to count about 20-30% of our work! We are so focused on trying to produce, we can hardly say hi to the people we sit next to every day. Rumor has it, our bathroom breaks will be timed shortly!! Who does this??!!! Anyone who can retire has left, anyone who has found a better job is gone, only those close to early retirement are hanibg on trying to stay long enough to bail at 55. According to ask the CEO; some department are so booked in advance for vacations (1 year out), and only 10% of the people can be out, that if you cannot have a day off period. So if you get sick, or your kid is sick and you need tomorrow off- nope!! You need to wait a year to have the flu. You cannot schedule vacations or make travel arrangements because it is booked 1 year out?? I cannot wait to leave. Same with about 98’ of the people I know. We are all so ready to leave.
