Pros
Great coworkers, nice facilities and cafeteria, good benefits
Cons
Micromanagement like a mf whereas mgmt. has no idea or experience on how to actually do the job and follow unrealistic statistic expectations and corporate guidelines, too many software applications to use at once and constant procedural changes (almost weekly) where things could possibly be more streamlined and cut down to half as many needed to perform duties more efficiently, training DID NOT accuratley represent actual execution of job functions.
