Pros

Overall the training is really good. The people are nice and lots of opportunity for advancement and continuing education.

Cons

The pay is low compared to other big insurance companies. There is a lot of micromanaging. If you don't have tenure expect to work most holidays, weekends and say goodbye to consecutive days off. Also metrics matter more than employees and customers.

Pros

401-K, time off, many jobs to apply for to get promoted into.

Cons

Ridiculously hard metrics to reach. If met, then upper management WILL find something else to complain about. They give you sick days, but it's a great deal of bureaucratic red tape to get it approved. If it's not approved, the absence counts against you. Even if you have a doctor's note, prescriptions, etc. The thing is, management doesn't review these documents. A third-party reviews them and if they deem you're not sick enough, then that's it. The company is going downhill. They're losing many great workers to the competition as well as customers. They're ranked quite low in regards to customer satisfaction. People who shouldn't be getting promoted, get promoted due to manager favoritism and nepotism.
