Pros

Training. 40 hours life leave. Common flexibility on schedule but not truly flexible, quick accruing vaca time. Lots of transfer opportunities

Cons

Micro managing. Heavy, heavy workload. High phone call volume. Hard to advance beyond this position if your team manager blocks you. They are transition from supporting their remote employees back into hybrid and full office positions while still stating they are supporting their remote employees but not truly providing the same advancement for them without a require relo without assistance. Requests to mgmt falls on deaf ears though its assured you are heard.

Pros

The pay and working remotely was nice

Cons

Micromanagement is very prevalent. They will listen to your recorded calls during large team meetings and critic you in front of everyone
