Cons

The time they want you to complete a claim is sometimes not realistic for the situation of the claim. They care more about metrics vs quality. I know that’s common, but it doesn’t show empathy at all to someone who just got in a major car accident and claim needs details. They reward people with shorter metric times where claims are incomplete vs someone who does what they are suppose to w a little longer time.

Incompetent management, unrealistic expectations. these people are the dumbest managers you’ll ever know. Every one of them just works to cover their own but and cares. Nothing about anyone else. The turnover rate is incredible and they force senior people out by gaslighting them, and intentional stress testing.
