Team members are generally supportive and with help each other. Most in-office weeks have team participation events to break up the monotony of claim handling Upskilling opportunities paid for by the company

Management continues to increase unreasonable demands and metrics to reach goals coming from executives Constant talk of possible layoffs. You will only advance if you network with the right people, but they push the idea you need a degree. Customers scream at you because of the AI. New hires are only taught half of the system processes, so you spend half of the work day cleaning up someone's mess.
