Pros

Good Company Culture Hybrid Roles Available Training Provided

Cons

High Turnover It takes a year to develop skillset for the job. They have crunched the training down to 6 months. By the end of the year the majority of the people you worked with will have left the company. They can't hire enough people to offset the turnover, and they can't compress the training any more to get more people to assist the stressed and overloaded workforce who are leaving the company.
