Cozy environment, patient and sweet coworkers. Clients have been nice, as well.

Cons

This may not be a con to some people, but this is a desk job. Nothing to do on your feet, you must be able to sit at a computer and be on the phone all day. But that is not necessarily a bad thing... it was not a "me" thing. Otherwise, great staff and Tracy is awesome.
