Pros

This is a great way to get your foot in the door for claims. Training is built for people who have 0 experience in insurance. There’s movement in the company. Benefits are one of a kind

Cons

There needs to be a review on dress code. Experience with the company varies on who is your manager. Very clique ran environment. Sometimes unprofessional, unproductive atmosphere. Bad Schedule. Working weekends and holidays even if promised off in hiring. Once you’re targeted by anyone in HR or management, I’ve seen very bad things happen to the very best of employees

Pros

Extremely well paid in comparison to the rest of the insurance industry. Excellent training. Quickly accrue PTO. Outstanding opportunities if you want to live in TX, AZ, GA. Better technology than most of the industry.

Cons

Lack of communication from mgmt above team manager/section manager level (i.e., from Corporate level). Ridiculous amount of hoop-jumping for using the time off you have earned. Closing 11 facilities across the country and sending jobs to Texas or Arizona. People are being asked to do more with fewer resources. The motto "consistency across the enterprise" means shoving a square peg in a round hole more often than not.
